The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and open. The location was convenient, being close to downtown and all the main attractions we came to see. We also appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shopping options. Additionally, it was great being near the convention centre.
Nothing not to love.
The location was great, within walking distance to downtown and close to the Pedestrian Bridge. The view from my room was outstanding, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff provided great customer service, from valets to receptionists to the concierge. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic gym and stylish rooms.

The panoramic view from my Corner Room was fabulous, with a ceiling-to-floor view in the bathroom and shower. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a Whole Foods only a 10-minute walk away and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Nashville Predators Bridgestone Arena right next door. It was also within walking distance to Broadway and its famous bars and live entertainment, as well as the Pedestrian Bridge to Nissan Stadium. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The housekeeping service was on point, and I would definitely visit this hotel again.
Nothing that I didn't like.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The views from the restaurant on the upper floor were stunning. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were able to easily visit all the main attractions we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!
